Barre Refine

Barre Refine is a low-impact, strength-building class that blends elements of Barre and Pilates to create a focused, full-body workout. Using small, intentional movements and sustained holds, we work to build strength, stability, and muscle tone.

Class begins with about 35 minutes of Barre and Pilates-inspired movement designed to challenge the body without high impact, followed by 15 minutes of deep, intentional stretching to support recovery, mobility, and nervous system regulation.

This class is great for those who love precise movement, mindful effort, and feeling strong and supported.
