What to Expect
- A short, beginner-friendly intro to tapping
Learn the basic points, how to use them, and why they work.
- Optional reflection and sharing
Each person will have the opportunity to share what's coming up for them and what issue or theme they would like to tap on. Sharing is always optional.
- A short break
Time to reset, stretch, connect, or just be. During this pause, personalized tapping scripts will be created based on the group’s reflections.
- A guided group tapping session
We’ll go through each script together, offering support for your own experience and space to connect with others through shared emotion and story.
- A few minutes to check in before closing
You’ll be invited to notice how you feel—what’s shifted, softened, or come into focus.
