Life is hard sometimes. It’s busy, loud, and often overwhelming.
The LiveWell New Year’s Renewal Retreat is meant to be the antidote.
This two-day, in-person retreat is designed to support deep renewal without overwhelm. It is an invitation to pause and return to what matters: your body, your breath, and your inner knowing. Together, we’ll explore the balance between effort and ease as you reflect on where you’ve been and set intentions for the year ahead, not from pressure or urgency, but from presence.
At the heart of this retreat is mindfulness, not as another thing to do or master, but as the simple, powerful act of being present. Of being awake, engaged, and responsive rather than moving through life on autopilot. In a world filled with uncertainty and chaos we cannot control, presence becomes a grounding force, a way to reconnect with choice, curiosity, and aliveness. This understanding of mindfulness honors the deep unity of mind and body and invites you out of numbing and into awareness.
Through a carefully curated series of practices, we’ll realign the mind, body, and heart connection. Expect mindfulness, breathwork, meditation, movement, seasonal wellness, creative expression, and opportunities for meaningful connection within a supportive community.
Time and space for reflection and integration are woven throughout both days. All practices are optional and adaptable, and this retreat honors listening to your own needs. You are always invited to rest, modify, or opt out as you feel called.
This retreat centers self-care as an act of self-love. It’s about coming home to your body and breath, finding inspiration for a year rooted in well-being rather than burnout, and making a gentle but meaningful commitment to yourself.
