Self-Care Day Retreat

The retreat  is a gentle invitation to slow down, reconnect, and be supported. The day weaves together mindful movement, insightful talks on life,‘ challenges and stress, and simple tools for everyday balance. We’ll end with restorative practices and sound to help the body and nervous system deeply rest and reset, with a shared lunch to nourish and connect along the way.
