Strength for Life's Transitions

A strength class focused on moving with attention and control. You will build functional strength while improving balance, coordination, and body awareness, learning to move in ways that support your everyday life.

These classes are open to anyone but are thoughtfully designed for women in perimenopause, menopause, and post menopause who want to feel stronger, steadier, and more at home in their bodies.

All LiveWell members receive access to our Strength for Life’s Transitions Library Module—a growing collection of recorded classes you can return to anytime. This means you can redo your favorite workouts, catch sessions you missed, or move on your own schedule with short, supportive strength practices at home.

This is strength training made accessible, intentional, and sustainable, supporting your health, confidence, and quality of life through every transition.
