Yoga Nidra

A 45-minute immersive rest practice you can return to anytime you need deep support. Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation done lying down, often called “yogic sleep,” where the body rests while the mind remains gently aware.

This practice can help with stress, anxiety, sleep, emotional overwhelm, and nervous system regulation, and is perfect for anyone who feels exhausted, burned out, or just in need of true rest — no experience required.
