This breathwork class combines the ancient practices of Qigong and yoga with principles from Western medicine to promote well-being. Participants will engage in guided breathing techniques designed to enhance energy flow, regulate emotions, reduce stress, and improve mental clarity. The lungs reach their energetic peak during the autumn season. We will explore the themes of grief, releasing that which no longer serves & connecting to our divine birthright through breath.

  • Qigong exercises cultivate life force energy (qi), improve energy flow and promote healing within the meridians & organs of the lung and large intestine.
  • Pranayama techniques such as diaphragmatic breathing and alternate nostril breathing enhance lung capacity, increase focus, and calm the mind.
  • Vagus nerve toning decreases stress, anxiety, and pain.
