This 90-minute class begins with 45 minutes of yoga, targeting specific body parts through dynamic flow sequences to help you grow stronger, more coordinated, and flexible in body and mind. We’ll then transition into 45 minutes of guided Yamuna Body Rolling, a bodywork technique using specially designed balls to release tension, increase flexibility, and enhance alignment. By targeting specific muscles and fascia, rolling promotes deep relaxation and helps restore balance to the body. Together, this class offers both strengthening movement and restorative bodywork to support overall wellness.
